Service Description
CONTROL is the starting point for developing real and conscious structural strength. In this group, we work on technique, stability, and movement control from the ground up, prioritizing neuromuscular connection, core, active mobility, and postural alignment. Each session is carefully designed to build a solid movement pattern, focusing on slow and precise execution. Moderate loads, unilateral exercises, isometric work, tempo control, and sets focused on stimulus quality rather than quantity are used. The pace is slow and focused, ideal for those just starting out, returning from a break, or looking to strengthen their core without rushing. Control doesn't mean less intensity, but more attention to detail. Here, the body is trained to move well before moving hard. Strengthening isn't just about lifting: it's about understanding the technical gesture, respecting progressions, and building from awareness. This group is ideal for those who prioritize injury prevention, core development, movement quality, and efficiency in execution. It is also highly recommended as a transition between rehabilitation and more demanding strength training. Adjustments are made based on your mobility, motor control, and joint history, ensuring a safe, guided, and progressive environment.

🇬🇧 English Group membership implies pre-arranged days and times. Sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be made up in case of no-show, without exception. Reservations are for a specific group, based on level and availability. Group changes are subject to technical evaluation and availability. Otherwise, the session will be considered completed. 🕒 Validity of the Packs: 1 to 7 sessions: valid for 1 month 8 to 11 sessions: valid for 2 months 12 or more sessions: valid for 3 months 🇬🇧 English Group memberships involve fixed days and times agreed in advance. Sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be rescheduled if missed. Each reservation is for a specific group, based on level and availability. Switching to a more advanced group is only allowed if approved by the coaching staff. 👉 If attending with a Pack, general cancellation rules apply: written text only (no audio) via WhatsApp at +598 9716 0666 at least 24h in advance.
